By registering and using LongZenith AI, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service

LongZenith AI provides a bulk AI image & video generation service (batch mode) via Google Veo 3, Banana Pro, and Grok models, running automatically on our servers.

2. Account

• You provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• Each account is for one person; sharing accounts to abuse the service is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Credits & payments

• Credits are used to generate images/videos (V2 "Buy Video" mode and image creation). 1 credit = 1 generation.
• Purchased credits are redeemable only within the service and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A 7-day refund policy applies if the service does not perform as described (see the Pricing page).

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create or distribute content that:

• Violates Vietnamese or international law.
• Infringes on the copyright, trademarks, or likeness rights of others.
• Constitutes child sexual abuse material, extreme violence, hate speech, fraud, or impersonation.
• Spreads malware or causes harm to systems.

5. Content ownership

You own the content you create and bear full responsibility for your prompts and how you use the output. We make no ownership claim over your generated content.

6. Limitation of liability

The service depends on third-party AI providers and may experience interruptions outside our control. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

7. Suspension & termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the system, or commit payment fraud, without refunding credits related to the violation.

8. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
